Apple Cider Cheese Cake
10 oz. canned apple pie filling
1 (9”) GV graham cracker pie crust
10 oz GV cream cheese
4 Tbsp GV Sour cream
4 Pkgs instant spiced cider beverage mix
4 oz. GC light whipped topping (thawed)
1 crunchy-type granola bar
- Spread apple pie filing on bottom of pie crust
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and spiced cider mix until fluffy
- Beat in thawed whipped topping
- Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate
- Crush granola bar and sprinkle on top just before serving
Serves 6 – 8 people
