Apple Cider Cheese Cake

10 oz. canned apple pie filling
1 (9”) GV graham cracker pie crust
10 oz GV cream cheese
4 Tbsp GV Sour cream
4 Pkgs instant spiced cider beverage mix
4 oz. GC light whipped topping (thawed)
1 crunchy-type granola bar
  1. Spread apple pie filing on bottom of pie crust
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and spiced cider mix until fluffy
  3. Beat in thawed whipped topping
  4. Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate
  5. Crush granola bar and sprinkle on top just before serving

Serves 6 – 8 people
