Bread

1 Tbsp of Dry Yeast
3 C of Warm Water
1/2 C of Honey
3 Tbsp of Butter or Shortening
1/2 C of Powdered Milk
9 – 10 C of Flour

mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl and set it aside. Next mix half the flour & powdered milk in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix very well. Now add the flour until the dough doesn’t stick to the counter or dough hook.

Place the dough in the bowl and cover with a warm damp towel and put it away from any drafts. Allow it to rise until double and then punch down & split into 2 loaves or rolls. Allow the dough to rise again until double or to the desired size.

Bake in the over pre-heated over @ 375° for 15 minutes then turn the oven down to 350° and bake until the tops are golden brown, usually about half an hour.
