Serves 12

2/3 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c friendship starter
1 ½ to 2 c unbleached flour
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine oil sugar, eggs and vnilla and beat until light. Add starter and beat until smooth. Blend dry ingredients together and fold into starter mixture. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
