Homemade Noodles

1 Egg
1/4 C of Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste (may add other seasonings)

Beat egg then add milk and seasonings. Add flour a bit at a time till the dough is very stiff*. Roll out the dough using a well coated board and rolling.

Cut into rectangles for Popeye
Cut into strips for Spaghetti

*For Ribbles, don’t’ mix well leave dough partly mixed and drop into soup or stew a bit at a time. The lose flour will act as a thickening agent.
