Pumpkin Frosts – Nanette Flippo

1 c sugar
½ c margarine
1 c canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven 375º. Cream sugar & marg. Add pumpkin & vanilla. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

Frosting
1 pound powdered sugar, ½ c marg at room temperature, ¼ c milk, 1 tsp vanilla. Combine & mix all ingredients completely & cover. Frost when cookies are cool.
