Wedge Cut Garlic Bread

1 pkg (1 T) yeast in 1 c warm water
4 c flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
Add yeast & ½ c warm water

Let rise 1 ½ hrs. Knead; put in greased pan. Spread garlic & butter on top. Let rise 1 hr. Bake 400º for 40 min.
