4 Eggs
2 C of Flour
2 C of Milk
1 tsp of Salt

Heat oven to 450. Grease 12 deep custard cups or 16 muffin tins. with a had beater, beat eggs slightly; add milk, flour salt and beat just until smooth. DO NOT OVERBEAT.

Fill cups 1/2 full, bake 25 minutes lower oven temp to 350 and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more. Immediately remove from pans and serve hot.
