Pie Crust

2 c flour
1 tsp salt
½ T sugar
½ + 1/3 c Crisco
¼ c ice water
½ T vinegar
1 egg

Sift together in lg bowl flour, salt, sugar. Add all Crisco to flour mixture and blend with a pastry blender until the Crisco is the size of small peas. Add water, vinegar and egg to flour/Crisco mixture and mix until you have a ball. Place in fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out, place in pie pan to bake.
