About 1 Cup of Warm Water
4Tbsp of potato pearls
1 1/2 Tbsp of Yeast
4 Tbsp of Sugar
Let sit until really foamy
1Tbsp of Salt
About 4 Cups of Flour
Knead well (punching dough is good)
let raise about 30 minutes heat oil in pan – as it it heating punch dough down and knead a few times to extract air – roll it out – cut with a pizza cutter in 1 to 1 1/2 in squares. Pick up dough and place in oil top side down turn when golden brown.
