Homemade Noodles

1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
Salt, Pepper, and other seasonings to taste
Flour
bear egg then add milk and seasonings. Add flour gradually until the dough is very stiff*. Roll out the dough using a well coated board and rolling pin.

cut into rectangles for Popeye, strips for Spaghetti
For Ribbles don’t mix well, leave the dough partly mixed and drop into soup or stew a bit at a time. The loose flour will thicken the meals.
